tomorrow onwards will be a new life.

i don't want to write some oh-so-sad kinda goodbye entry, and i haven't been thinking much.

in any case, i've discovered that i remember things by emotion rather than event. it's like i can never remember anything clearly after about a few months, but when i try to recall, the feeling will come to me, instead of images.

and now i really miss some of these feelings.

like the coolest feeling of triumph when i manage to do my first backsomer, all by myself.

like the effect of someone's smile on me.

like the nice feeling of protecting somebody, whether that person felt it or not.

kind of dreading tomorrow, like i'm going to become somebody different again.

i wonder if my haircut was a omen. i shall get back my old hairstyle the next time :/

i wanna say sorry to whoever i have hurt/offended/been insensitive towards for the past 4 years of my life. it seems like, looking back at the conversations i have saved that i cannot believe came from me, i've been really ren4 xing4, insensitive, selfish and basically immature.

especially selfish.

it's sad to realise this too late, when some things are lost and probably never to be found again; but then as we step into another phase of our lives, i'm sure we'll all have many many great experiences that may or may not include each other, which doesn't matter.

as observed, many things have changed. for those who have had a hard time being my friend, i apologise.

i will try to improve, though you may or may not be a major part of my life anymore, which doesn't matter.

i sincerely hope you, if you know who you are (you've probably been troubled/angered/frustrated by me sometime, if not often, in the past) that all the unhapiness between us can be thrown away, because i think everything we experienced tgt really just makes up our dramatic and exciting lives (:

today we were just stoning outside staffroom. and anggayleng came by. shihua was like loudly and very audibly sighing away and making irritated sounds. i hate her too, but still, i couldn't seem to bring myself to do that! shihua, i salute you! i'm so jia3 xing1 xing1 stimes i get so annoyed by myself -.-

my niece cries & wails when either my mum or dad walks away. she never does that for me. i think. she loves playing with me, but i guess that's where the attachment ends.

it's the same with the people around me anyway; i'm just a loudmouthed, amusing friend who can probably entertain you at least for a couple of hours. i can never do much except some feeble attempts when a friend feels down, or in need of support. loudmouthed i am, but stimes this kind of thing is impossible to express properly. i say the wrong things at the wrong time, although the person doesn't show it, on hindsight i always feel that i shouldn't have done it.

actually we planned to have dinner tgt too, but i had to go back so.. ): we were so tired we couldn't even walk and talk at the same time.

when i got onto my dad's car, i realised to my horror he planned to go for the lantern thingy at chinatown. but it wasn't that bad, we didnt go down into to the crowd, only saw the procession from the overhead bridge, so not so tiring.

and this morning, i woke up ACHING! :D very mildly, but this is the first time since i dunno when xD

and then. i fried gyozas, and promptly decided to break the vinegar bottle. and my niece, at this very point in time, decided to SHIT. AND, my mum, believe it or not, was upstairs & my dad was out. SO i panicked.

right. planned to finish 3 chi papers today but i havent even started on the 2nd one. pui.

2 weeks are almost over.

been going on a really crazy roller coaster ride of emotions.

it's like one day i'm super happy and i go home all floaty, the next i'm super disppointed and i go home all broody and pessimistic.

ok let's talk about school life now, less frequently filled with happiness than before.

chinese. i think it's kind of funny to know that we have around 15 more papers to do before our O's in wk 8. i mean, if you think of it as 15 x 2 hours = 30 hours = only slightly more than one day's time, it's pretty little. BUT, it is not. i also dunno how i feel about it now, i just come home and do and do and do. kind of makes me forget the frequent disappointments, y'know. sigh, i hope i do well.

math is OKAY la. ms ko's been sick for the past 2 days; she looks super frail and sickly today. i wonder how she manages being HOY and a math teacher, bearing in mind that sec4s have math almost everyday. honestly, math is like the least of my worries now? ):

analysing talk! ms lim is a nice teacher in class. i emphasise the phrase "in class". she can release us like 45 mins early, plus like 2 breaks in between? but..i kind of gets the feeling she's not like that out of class. the topic's quite intresting la, but the technical terms and explanations are SO FREAKIN SIAN. so i usually tune in to her funny anecdotes, basic stuff, then sort of zone out now and then.

law & punishment! HA. HA. HA. i guess it wasn't how i imagined it to be. i imagined it to be 20 hours of heated discussion about whether capital punishment should be allowed or not. okok, i know that's a lil too far-fetched. so, other than the occasional outbursts (to tease mr ow, or to release a not-very-funny answer from my big mouth), i kind of zone out sometimes too. AHA but shihua and me managed to get shhting into out group (plus hongchuan! heehee i feel so paiseh to break them up.) and SO WE CAN GO SHHTING'S HOUSE TO DO OUR PROJECT WORK! :DDDDD heehee. which translates to: TO DIGRESS FOR AT LEAST 3 HOURS. but until then, looking at the option blog, i just feel sianness.

envt bio! FUN. despite the mosquitoes and hot sun and horrible slope and endless staring into the patch of green mass trying to look for plant V or plant K etc, it's fun. reminded me of doing the transect on the rocky shore at dalefort. ahh. i was so different then. AND AH, MR OW HOR. AIYOYO. (ROFL ask me if you're curious; i'll see how much slips from my BEEG MOUTH :D)

that's it. my niece is cute but i'm always so tired and caught up with other things that i can't play with her for more than short periods of 10 mins or so.

1. killed 5 roaches in a span of 12 hours.

2. washed clothes!

3. took bus to school early in the morning myself!

4. anyhow tikamed more than 4 questions for one test!

the roaches are so disgusting. like one whole family can. i wonder why my dad never thought of spraying the insecticide straight into the hole where he suspected them to be coming from.

i did! and out came 2 baby roaches. ewwww.

tired, but just had to write this.

so, it has gone and passed.

there wasn't any overwhelming emotions, but the heavy feeling followed me around today.

i thought i'd be fine tonight, considering how tired i'm supposed to be.

but typing out the exco of art gym 2008 in an email, i am suddenly (finally) hit by the urge to cry.

i'm going to leave them behind soon.

dear juniors, although i did not take on the job of captain happily, it was good to lead all of you, even though i did not do a good job. denise may not have felt this way; the strange mixture of worry that you guys will go haywire without my constant annoying shrieks and nagging, but the sureness that you guys will do just fine, even better without me.

the support, tolerance and love you gave me, i know.

i thank all of you from the bottom of my heart.

a year ago, i would never imagine i would wish that i could stay here just like this.

my whole day was ruined because of ss ): first block somemore lehh!! ));

it's just so disappointing; i thought i could do it. but no, after reading i was so caught up by that dumb assumption i used in my intro, my thoughts were like they went through some blending machine. right after my intro, i panicked and i nearly broke down right there and then. but i only just managed to steel myself and continue to write. i couldnt change the assumption anymore cos it's just there already. i just had to keep harping on it!!! ARGH! so yes, it was the lousiest feeling. crapping on and on, not even knowing what the hell i was arguing about, trying to block out the urge to cry, feeling my hands sweating and freezing in the bloody air con room.

you may say, no la i don't even know whether i did okay or not, but:

wth!? that's why my excitement turned totally into a nightmare.

i thought i could manage it, partly because you said i could improve, and partly cos the day before i was feeling so confident and clear about all the points.

after slogging through the rest of the day as the sky cried for me and i tried to focus in the lessons, finally school was over and me cherie and jasmin went out to binge! :D

ate pastamania. saw the rain-lookalike whom we saw when we went to sentosa for class gathering. turns out he smokes. kau all the good impression went down the drain the moment i saw that.

browsed thru mags in cheers, then went to taka to eat ice-cream and buy donuts (me la, they either too full or dunt like the donuts). YAY HAY i got 4 donuts in my fridge for me to binge slowly xD

THEN, THEY BROUGHT ME TO THE TOY SHOP. OMG I FELT LIKE A KID AGAIN, only that my bag was super heavy and my shoulder ached annoyingly. so cool la. THEN ART FRIEND where i planned to buy certain things but then no stock -.- nvm, next time go there and browse thru slowwwly (without my annoying bag)

today was sort of spent in varying periods of nervousness (cos of geog), tiredness (dunno what in the world made me stay up just to surf the dumb internet last night), and happiness + pleasent surprise.

ahhh it's good, this life is good.

but the fact that it's ALREADY wk 5, is NOT good. not in any sense of my life, other than the academic aspect.

geog presentation was not bad!! :D but it was not a nice feeling to know that the idea for an elevated restaurant wasn't unique to our group ): but still! the fonts of our ppt were screwed but i think we did well!! ((:

i was practically half asleep as i struggled to listen to what the listening compre person was saying during last 10 mins of jap class. got almost every qn wrong, but wtv :p

i'm still yearning to sleep now... but i should at least ATTEMPT to do sth right.

i must confess.

i have a split personality.

it appears sometimes when i'm asleep; and the dreams i get are so lovely.
sometimes, i would venture into this split personality when im awake and trying to sleep/spend time.

i had such a dream this morning, just before i awoke. when i woke up, there was this warm fuzzy feeling of feeling complete and loved, which in about 2 seconds slowly got erased over by the sense of reality.

i tried to recall the dream; i still can, and the beautiful feeling i get.

but it's a detached feeling.

it's like Dr Jekyll trying to grasp the beauty and exhiliration he gets when he's Hyde, but then he can't really do so cos he's not exactly Hyde, and Hyde is not exactly him.

Dr Jekyll gets taken over by the desire to be Hyde at the end of the story, and he disappears completely.

in my case, this is not possible.

because.

even though like how Hyde has been created by Jekyll by external tools, my split personality and his lover are fictional characters.

now, if there was no lover in question, of course one day i may possible turn into this fictional character.

but, without the lover, my split personality is not complete. i am unable to find sb like that in reality as well, obviously because he's fictional.

so, i have to make do with my split personality being temporary.

perhaps, with time, my split personality may fade away. and i may not get those beautiful dreams again.

but then, maybe i'll go crazy and succumb to my split personality, combing the crazy world for my fictional and non-existent lover, and then dying in regret cos i'll never find him.

that's not going to happen, i think.

anyway, i wanted to post this on my new blog instead, but since this blog was created by my split personality, i guess it's more appropriate here.

for ppl who read thru this post, HAHA don;t take it too seriously.
i'm stressed and just fabricating stories to amuse myself. HAHAHHA, y'know?
